Kostaryka & Nikaragua 4×4 2024

A one-of-a-kind off-road 4x4 expedition in tropical and sunny Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
What awaits you?
Costa Rica is a land of volcanoes, rainforests, immense waterfalls, and mighty rivers. Sandy beaches, turquoise waters, coconuts straight from the palm, sloths, monkeys, and parrots. Sleeping on wild, paradise beaches, in tropical forests. Active volcanoes, the tempestuous ocean, fresh seafood, delicious rum. And much more to see, only with us, the Nomads.
In this adventurous 15-day journey, we will take you in 4x4 vehicles equipped as always, including two rooftop tents and a fully equipped kitchen, such as: plates, cups, cutlery, pots, and more, a gas stove, a water tank. We will mainly show you nature, parks, volcanoes, beaches, lagoons, but there will also be iconic cities like Granada, Leon, San Jose, and San Juan Del Sur on the itinerary.
We love coming back here; on these paradise beaches, we feel like we're at home. When we wake up to the sound of the ocean and step out of the tent, we'll be greeted by the sight of water with an incredible hue, and we'll have breakfast while sipping water from a freshly picked coconut. We will also sleep in the rainforest where we will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the tropical forest.

ATTENTION!!!

Our expeditions are conducted in a "go with the flow" style. We don't meticulously plan every single minute, instead, the plans are adjusted to the weather and the mood of the group. We prefer meeting the locals, so we often participate in local events such as weddings, festivals or meetings accompanied by a glass of local wine. Below you can find our expedition plan and the spots we can see.
